he autoMACS®Running Buffer is an optimized MACS®Separation Buffer suitable for MACS Cell Separation on the autoMACS Pro Separator and the autoMACS Separator and for manual MACS Cell Separation Systems which are not sensitive to azide.

Background information

The autoMACS Running Buffer is sterile-filtered and ready-to-use. It contains bovine serum albumin (BSA), EDTA, and 0.09% azide. It is quality-controlled for cell separation requirements. One bottle (1.5 L) is sufficient for up to 15 cycles consisting of cell separation and system rinsing using the autoMACS Instruments.
