No preservative is contained.STORAGE: This antibody solution is stable for one yearfrom the date of purchase when stored at -20oC.REACTIVITY: This antibody reacts with LC3（MAP1LC3A, B, C） on Western blotting,Immunoprecipitation, Immunohistochemistry,Immunocytochemistry and Flow cytomrtry. APPLICATIONS:Western blotting; 1:1,000 for chemiluminescence detectionsystemImmunoprecipitation; 2 ?L/300 ?L of cell extract from1 x 107 cellsImmunohistochemistry; 1:1,000-1:2,000Heat treatment is necessary for paraffin embeddedsections.Microwave oven; 2 times for 10 minutes each in 10 mMcitrate buffer （pH 6.3）Immunocytochemistry; 1:200-1:500Flow cytometry; 1:200 （final concentration）Detailed procedure is provided in the followingPROTOCOLS.
