產(chǎn)品詳情請(qǐng)聯(lián)系金山科研平臺(tái)微信：jinshanbio 2008年，Mann等利用SILAC技術(shù)（K6）實(shí)現(xiàn)了對(duì)小鼠個(gè)體的完全標(biāo)記（Cell,2008,134(2):353-364），使得SILAC技術(shù)從細(xì)胞水平擴(kuò)展到了模式動(dòng)物個(gè)體水平，極大地拓寬了SILAC技術(shù)的應(yīng)用領(lǐng)域。現(xiàn)已有各種商品化的SILAC(K6)標(biāo)記的小鼠組織（詳見(jiàn)“產(chǎn)品中心”SILAC-labeled mouse tissue）銷售。標(biāo)記組織中表達(dá)的每個(gè)蛋白質(zhì)上的Lys都是13C標(biāo)記的（13C6-Lys，記為K6），其比普通的Lys（12C6-Lys，記為K0）在質(zhì)量上多6Da（Dalton）。依據(jù)SILAC的技術(shù)原理，其可作為未標(biāo)記小鼠組織的內(nèi)參（Reference），借助LC-MS實(shí)現(xiàn)對(duì)您的小鼠模型特定組織差異蛋白質(zhì)組的定量分析。SILAC-labeled mouse tissue分析方法的優(yōu)勢(shì)很明顯：（1）質(zhì)譜標(biāo)簽是在樣品的最源頭—蛋白質(zhì)上引入的，能極大的降低實(shí)驗(yàn)的系統(tǒng)誤差。（2）實(shí)驗(yàn)流程簡(jiǎn)單，提取蛋白1:1混合就能進(jìn)行后續(xù)MS分析。（3）SILAC技術(shù)更高的定量準(zhǔn)確度，保證了數(shù)據(jù)的可靠性。（4）SILAC技術(shù)上的“高、大、上”，能提升文章的檔次。SILAC標(biāo)記的各種小鼠組織列表如下表所示，歡迎來(lái)電/來(lái)信咨詢：021-57643823，service@psi-bioscience.com.
